The Hon Jenny Macklin MP polishes footy boots with Boots For All Volunteers       

On 17 February 2012, The Honorable Jenny Macklin MP and The Honorable Steve Herbert MP worked with other Boots For All volunteers to polish footy boots to help disadvantaged Australians get involved in sport who otherwise would be excluded.

Breaking down barriers to sport

Boots For All is breaking down barriers to sport by collecting quality, second-hand & new sporting equipment for redistribution to disadvantaged teams across Australia.

Boots For All also provides volunteering and training opportunities in Melbourne to help reduce social exclusion.

Since its inception in 2006, Boots For All has passed on more than 5,500 pairs of footy boots and other sports equipment to disadvantaged children and adults in Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Central, Northern and Western Australia.
