BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Megan is an experienced company director/board member and is peer recognised as one of the Asia Pacific’s best third sector chief executives – having held senior executive roles in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors.
Megan currently serves as a NSW Government appointed board member of the NSW Ministry of Health Centre for Health Record Linkage and as an independent director of Greyhound Racing NSW – the racing industry’s controlling body.
She currently operates her own management consultancy business and has previously served in senior executive roles, including:
· CEO of the national professional association representing barristers, solicitors and plaintiff lawyers from across all Australian legal jurisdictions;
· CFO for the Australian operations of the world’s leading sports management and player management companies (NRL, AFL, football, basketball, golf, tennis), international interests and marketing organisations; and
· National Head of Corporate Affairs for the Australian operations of a China based global group of companies with interests in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, mining and mineral resources, and property investment.
Megan is an arts, education, speech and drama graduate of Macquarie University and Trinity College, London.
Joanne is a Co-Founding Board member of Boots For All and is passionate about social inclusion and the opportunities that develop for the individual and society when the community is welcoming to all.
Joanne has extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, financial services management and administration in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors. Joanne brings her experience as a volunteer, employee and consultant in a broad range of not-for-profit organisations to help Boots For All achieve its vision.
